The
Information Systems Management Department (ISM) consist of a staff of
five computer professionals that support a growing state-of-the-art PC
LAN / WAN computer environment. The ISM Department is very proud
to serve the technological needs of city citizens, employees,
departments, and constitutional offices in the following areas:

Project management for each City department to provide needs analysis, recommendations, implementations, and support.

Telecommunications management which includes support for all aspects
of the City of Hopewell Police Department by providing wireless
mobile units along with their public safety application, OSSI

Operations management that provides a broad range of support from
legacy systems to enterprise hardware and software applications

24/7 Help Desk & Emergency support

Internal consulting with the City of Hopewell’s departments regarding their short-term and long-term networking needs
