The Human Resources Department is one of ten departments that report to the City Manager's Office. The office consists of three full-time staff, operates with an annual budget of $230,000.00 and supports a municipal workforce of 365 employees. The department's mission is to provide a superior level of customer service through the strategic integration and application of best human resource management practices to City departments, employees, and the public.
