Mission Statement

The mission of the Hopewell Fire & Rescue is to provide emergency and non-emergency services to enhance the quality of life by reducing the threat from fire, medical and other types of dangerous situations.

Strategic Vision
Hopewell Fire & Rescue will become a model organization for providing quality emergency and preventive services in a courteous and professional manner for cities under 50,000 population. We strive to provide the highest level of services feasible for the level of resources allocated to the organization.
