Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the City Council meeting will be held virtually via Zoom as an effort to decrease the spread of the virus. The changes are designed to accommodate public input while encouraging the public to continue to practice self-quarantining and social distancing, as recommended by health officials. The City Council Chambers located at 300 N. Main Street are closed. Prior to the meeting, the public may offer comment on the public hearing items or under citizen comments by leaving a voice message with the City Clerk that will be read into the meeting minutes at (804) 541-2249.
