Career
Troy has worked for the City of Hopewell for over 9 years in the Building Inspection Department. He has been in the construction industry since he was 14 years old in some form or other. He had worked for Piedmont Airlines and then US Air for 24 years and then went into Fire Suppression Industry before coming to Hopewell.
Family / Personal Life
Troy is married and has two daughters and three grandchildren. He enjoys camping, fishing, and traveling.
