Arlethia graduated from St. Paul's College in Lawrenceville, Virginia, where she received her bachelor of science in business administration.
Career
Arlethia joined the team at Hopewell Recreation and Parks in 2005. She was initially hired as an Administrative Assistant and was later promoted to Customer Service Manager. She is responsible for all of the department's customer service functions and oversees many of the department's business functions like purchasing, accounts payable, and payroll. She also serves as the department's human resources liaison.
Organization Involvements
Arlethia is a member of the Virginia Recreation and Park Society and is a graduate of the VRPS Leadership Training Institute.
