COVID-19 Small Business Resources

The City of Hopewell’s Economic Development staff, in partnership with other local and regional Economic Development agencies, has created a list of resources available to small businesses during this COVID-19 pandemic. Please refer to the links below for more information on each resource.     • American Express Working Capital (American Express) – Loans to pay US based Vendors (only for American Express customers).
    • Layoff Aversion Mini-Grants for Small Businesses (Crater Regional Workforce Development Board): Funds may be used to clean facilities and support emergency needs to include, but not limited to, the purchase of software/programs that the employee would need to use from home to support their work and/or remote access supplies, including laptop computers and/or smart phones, which the employee would need to use from home to support their work.
