Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program for the Period Beginning July 1, 2022 and Ending June 30, 2023
The 2022-2023 Annual Action Plan for the Community Development Block Grant Program is available for public examination at the following locations: Appomattox Regional Library, 209 E. Cawson St.; Hopewell Redevelopment and Housing Authority, 350 E. Poythress St.; Department of Development, 300 N. Main St.; and the Hopewell Community Center, 100 W. City Point Rd. The Annual Action Plan explains the activities to be funded through the CDBG grant. The following programs will be funded as approved by City Council. The Action Plan gives a detailed description of each program.
