Keep Hopewell Beautiful

Membership is ten (10)- This commission is appointed by the City Council for four (4) year terms of office (See min. 11/22/05). The operating concept of the Keep Hopewell Beautiful is to dry up litter at the source through a process of public education, government support, and citizen involvement. The Commission also strongly supports recycling and environmental stewardship through education and implementation of various programs. Meeting Time and Place: Second Monday of the month at 6:00 p.m. at 300 N. Main Street, 2nd Floor Conference Room, Hopewell. Staffed by the Department of Development. (Minutes Book 21, Page 127.) (At the City Council Meeting on September 13, 2001 Council officially changed the name of the Clean City Commission to “Keep Hopewell Beautiful.”)
