**Hopewell Police Department seek assistance in locating Missing Person **

[Hopewell, VA] – The Hopewell Police Department is actively investigating and requesting the public’s assistance in helping locate a missing person. On Friday, December 11 2019, the Hopewell Police Department initiated a missing person investigation when Mr. Robert Lee Smith left his residence located in the 200 block of South 14th Avenue at approximately 10:00 AM and has not returned.

Mr. Robert Lee Smith is described as a B/M, 72 YOA, 6’0”, 205 pounds with brown eyes and gray hair. He was last seen wearing a camouflage zip up hooded jacket, black sweatshirt, blue jeans and brown work style boots. Mr. Lee suffers from Alzheimer’s and may be headed the City of Petersburg.
